Sourdough-based crackers made with clean hyperlocal ingredients & cold fermented for a uniquely delightful taste and crunch. Tangy, flaky, cheesy - without the cheese (fully VEGAN)!

Made with heirloom wheat organically grown & milled in Texas, organic virgin olive oil and sea salt, these crackers pair beautifully with goat cheese, feta, creamy brie, burrata, hummus, habanero salsa & all of your favorite deli grilled chickens and spreads!

Flavors: 
Everything Crackers:  A thin crispy version of an everything bagel. Unbelievably savory and addictive. 
Whole Wheat Crackers: 100% whole wheat sourdough cracker is made exclusively with Red Fife wheat grown in Texas
Beet & Thyme Crackers:
 Earthy sweetness of beets with herby thyme in a tangy sourdough cracker. 
Za'atar Crackers: A delicious mix of wild thyme, sumac, and sesame seeds. Super herby. 
Sun-dried Tomato & Herb Crackers: Taste like pizza in a cracker!

The Sourdough Project is run by Jennifer Holmer El-Azzi and Daniel El-Azzi - a wife & husband duo that started off as home bakers in their East Austin kitchen to quickly expand into all local farmers' markets & beyond.
