Just to introduce ourselves to all our new friends 💃🏼🤸🏻🧘🏻 out there.

The Green Cart Pantry, started in March 2020 bundles up hyper-local makers in a single contactless delivery. Long time deli converts in the urban and European tradition, we wanted to re-write the deli menu in tune with locally grown foods & new realities. Hence the bundles, hence 100% online.

The Green Cart, in turn, The Pantry’s parent company, started in Fall 2005 as a modular organic food cart on UT campus with a mission to improve’s world’s diet, became a full stack commercial kitchen shortly after and has served Austin coffee shops and grocers ever since.

If you're in Austin, you may know The Green Cart's brag & go from local favorites Thom's Market, Whole Foods, Bee Grocery, Wheatsville Food Coop, Natural Grocers, Austin Film Society, Caffe Medici, Bennu Coffee, The Flightpath Coffeehouse, & more.

Lastly, we fancy the sound of tree in The Pantry, The Green Cart’s baby sprout 🌱- pan-tree! There is an early beginning for everything and while The Pantry gets to enjoy The Green Cart’s parent roots, we’d like to think that one day it'll become a tree 🌳  of it’s own:)
